Middletown Country Club will honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice on Patriot Golf Day Weekend from Friday, Sept. 3rd-Monday, Sept. 6th (Labor Day weekend). Our greens fees will increase that weekend by $1 which will go directly to the Fold of Honor Foundation. The Folds of Honor Foundation was started by Major Dan “Noonan” Rooney, a PGA Professional and an F-16 pilot that served 3 tours in Iraq. Over $5 million dollars in secondary education scholarships and grants have been given to over 1,300 children that have lost a parent or have had a parent seriously wounded in combat. Please support our armed forces through golf by making a tee time Labor Day Weekend at (215)-757-6951, extension 10 or by logging onto www.middletowncc.com. You will be saying thank you to our troops and their familes simply by playing a round of golf.

What a great way to honor our mothers! Middletown Country Club and Executive Chef William Garber will be hosting our annual Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 9th. Garber has prepared an extravagant menu for our guests that will include:

2010 Men’s Golf Association Schedule now released!

The Middletown Country Club’s Men’s Golf Association will commence its 2010 season with a 13 tournament schedule from March 21st through November 21st. We thank everyone who has participated in the Association the past two seasons and look forward to another fun, exciting year. All finances will be handled through the Men’s Association Committee. There is some exciting news in the fact that Middletown is now a full member of the Golf Association of Philadelphia (GAP). This allows players in our Association to be eligible to play in all GAP tournaments at many of the Deleware Valley’s most prestigious courses. The Men’s Association membership fee is $50 for the public and $35 for MCC Golf Members. This will include your USGA GHIN handicap fees and some other surprises. Tournament fees for each event will $25-$20 to the prize pool and $5 to the Association treasury, and an optional $5 skins game. All events will utlize handicaps one way or another. We hope to see you on the course for our opening event. Forms are available in the Middletown Country Club golf shop.
